FindHelpNowKY.org, which was created by the Kentucky Injury Prevention and Research Center (KIPRC), is an unprecedented and completely free website that provides near real-time access to every Kentucky-based addiction treatment provider accepting clients right now. It gives visitors detailed information about all of the facilities and open programs that may fit their loved one's unique treatment needs by taking into account their location, ability to pay, gender identity, residential or outpatient preferences, and the need for additional services like mental health care.
Vimarc was hired to develop an integrated marketing campaign to promote the website and track results. Our creative concept explained to Kentucky residents that “the keys to overcoming addiction are at your fingertips.” We launched a variety of media tactics, including: television, radio, outdoor, digital (text messaging, social media, search, display, video, Connected TV) and public relations outreach. The results continue to roll in. Hundreds of visitors (those afflicted, loved ones, medical professionals, etc.) use the site daily and actively search for treatment information.
