As we began to emerge from arguably one of the most difficult years in agency history, we felt the need to analyze who we are as a brand. What has this year of endless obstacles and challenges revealed about what we do well? As professionals who live and breathe brands all day every day, we took a step back and started asking ourselves all the right questions.

And where we landed is very simple. We listen.
After doing a little soul searching, we discovered that listening was at the root of every successful project and campaign. We listen to our clients … teammates … the market … customers. We listen all the way through the creative process. And then we keep listening to continually improve and get better, smarter, and more efficient. It’s the combination of all these sources of knowledge that helps us shape powerfully impactful solutions.
Sounds simple, right? Let’s just put it this way — not for everyone. I’m sure you’ve been in meetings with the “smartest guy in the room,” the one who’s constantly interrupting or checking his phone. Other people’s ideas are either disregarded or rephrased to be his own. A few words of advice: Don’t be that guy.
