These relationship-building sessions revolve around creating a more relaxed atmosphere that encourages open conversation, strengthens shared camaraderie, and becomes a breeding ground for new thought. This experiential session is perfect for partnership or project kickoff meetings, creative brainstorms, or strategic planning sessions.

With the Listening Lounge, we’ve taken ourselves out of the stuffy boardroom and put everyone in a neutral site. It could take place in an intimate lounge area, the parlor of a historic home, or in the middle of a lush botanical garden.

But even before we host a Listening Lounge, we do some preliminary homework. We take a deep dive into the client's company, their background, their history, and their competition. The reason? So that we know how to craft the right questions to guide the conversation.

Don’t misunderstand, though. We're not steering the Listening Lounge session. We're just propelling it forward so that we can get what we need from the client's responses. Because the more we learn, the better we strategize and create.
